I purchased this last year when it first came out and bought two, one to keep and one to gift. Unfortunately the handle broke off mine within a week and my SIL’s did as well shortly after gifting it to her. The tumbler itself works great but without a handle it’s hard to carry. I’m a die hard fan of Framar. It’s ALL I use for everything I need to create my art. I recommend everything else but this.

I love my Framug tumbler! I use it daily weather I’m at the salon the gym or car line. Ice stays for hours fits in my cup holder and is so easy to carry around!

My cup showed up with a bit of rust on the top metal edge which I chose to overlook since it was a small blemish. It only lasted about a month before the handle broke off of it. You can't use any force on the handle to tighten the lid or it will snap. I love most of their other products, but would definitely skip this one!

As soon i unpacked my Framug, one end from the Handle was popping off, now its broken and i haven’t used it once 🥲 i also sent an email to you, but i didn’t got any answer from you
