Framar's Return/Refund Policy
We can offer full refunds on returned products that are not used or unsellable. All products that are returned must be shipped to our offices, 7000 Kinsmen Ct. Unit 2, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2H 0Y5.
The cost for postage on returns is the responsibility of the customer. We often find that this cost may outweigh the cost of the product being returned. The only way to know for sure would be to contact your shipping carrier to see what the costs associated with it would be.

Damages and Discrepancies
Any damages and/or discrepancies must be reported to Framar within 1 week of receiving your order. Any claim must be accompanied by photos of the parcel your order came in, the shipping label, and photos of the product you received. We do not accept returns on orders shipped internationally.
